Facials Leeds

From first being taught about facials and facial massage during my Aromatherapy course I have always had a passion for them – both giving and receiving! Truly irresistibly relaxing and when you apply the right combination of products the skin is left glowing and feeling fresh.

The highest quality, kind-to-your skin products are used in these blissful facials, containing natural and organic ingredients. I only buy products that I would happily use on my own face. From accurate skin analysis a suitable choice of products are chosen that enhance the quality of your skin and leave you with a fresh sensation rather than clogging your skin with layer upon layer of unnecessary products. I can also recommend ways that you can best look after your skin between sessions with products you may already have at home just ask if we can chat about it.

Throughout the session gentle strokes, massage and pressure will be applied from your neck (and décolletage) to your forehead. We start the process with a double cleanse process to rid the surface of the skin of make-up, dirt and grease. This is followed by an exfoliation to slough dead skin cells which can make the skin look dull. Exfoliation, combined with the cleaning and mask, helps to give that gorgeous ‘glowing’ effect that any great facial leaves you with. The beautiful massage that follows helps to plump and tone the skin by encouraging a healthy circulation of blood and nutrients to the skin surface then a lovely cleansing mask is added to thoroughly cleanse the pores. In between each step a toner is applied to cool and clear the skin of any unwanted product, grease or dirt; it also quite literally tones and freshens the skin. To finish, a moisturiser suitable for your skin type is added to hydrate and nourish the skin. All of this combines to leave your skin looking at its best and feeling wonderful.

The regularity of your sessions and quality of your home-care regime will ensure you maximise the full potential of your skin. It is recommended that you receive facials every four weeks.

If you would like to begin a facial regime as part of your wedding preparation it is advised that you leave two weeks between your last facial and before your big day. Think about planning a few sessions in advance to ensure your skin is at it’s best and that you are maintaining a daily cleanse, tone, moisturise regime at home.
